Rare Earth Grate Magnets
Rare Earth Grate magnets can be custom made to fit into any size hopper or fabricated into a drawer type magnet to fit into an existing chute. Grate magnets are best suited for easy flowing products.
Probes on these magnets can be supplied from 3500 gauss to 12000 gauss.
Rare Earth Plate Magnets
Rare earth magnetic plate magnets are custom fabricated to suit the application and where magnets needs to be mounted. This could be above or at the end of a conveyor, on a diagonal chute or any area that product can flow directly over or under the magnet. These can be supplied on an back plate with hinges which creates a door or on brackets for mounting. We provide and complete solution for the application and fitting of the magnet.

Deep Reach Magnets
Rare earth magnetic deep reaches are custom fabricated to suit any gravity fed chute and is suitable for all free flowing product. Deep reaches are fitted with magnetic doors that open outward, away from your chute so ferrous metals can be cleaned from magnet and not contaminate product when getting cleaned.
